Alphonse Basogomba is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Buheri Consult, as an attendee on one of our past Incubator programmes. Alphonse who has been living and learning diversity all his life – born in Burundi, studied in Russia, Belarus and Egypt, visited a dozen different countries and settled in Ireland 15 years ago. From an early age, Alphonse was exposed to the true challenges and real opportunities that diversity and inclusion can bring into society. He pursued his passion to make the world more equal and inclusive by completing studies in Community Development, Social Inclusion of Migrants, Legal Studies, Business Law and recently in Peace and Development Studies (Masters of Arts).

Siul Eile are rural communities coming together to form walking programs and challenges using the under-utilised local environment in their own community.
We build walking programs using quiet country roads, forest paths, tracks and trails.
It is designed for local communities to live quality healthy lives, socialise together and to combat rural isolation.
